GPS Synchronized Interrupter from R-SS contributes on solving the problem of Synchronized measurement.
For most pipelines extend over extremely long distances, and the Cathodic Protection system needs to be
switched on and off during testing, so we can help make the testing very accurate. The internal time can be
calibrated by GPS satellite, the Cathodic Protection Systems can be synchronized on and off from the
pre-prescribed dates within an accuracy of ±1 milliseconds.GPS timing need several minites to get the real time,
by setting the time parameters, the instrument automatically performs a periodic on/off control process. Operating
parameters include: month, day, hour, minute total four timing parameters, as well as the On-Off cycle, Off Time
other two control parameters. The Interrupter has GPS (Global Positioning System) Synchronous Timing and internal
RTC (Real-Time Clock) operating modes, according to different clock source.Working on GPS Synchronous Timing
mode, several Interrupters can achieve synchronous periodic on/off control process, which is very necessary when
several rectifiers are in ICCP system. For those who have single Rectifier in ICCP system, the Interrupter can be used
internal RTC mode.The working process of the Interrupter is as follows: when the time reaches the pre-set starting time,
the Interrupter executes cycle operation as cycle time, cutting down output during off time, then connect output during on
time until reaching the pre-set stopping time.
