H457 Havfarm1 Deepwater Aquaculture Vessel ICCP Project Delivery Ceremony

Our company built the ICCP project of the world's largest and most advanced h457 havfarm1 deep-water aquaculture Vessel for Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Limited, for which the enduser is Nordlaks . on April 1,2020 successfully completed the delivery ceremony.

        Havfarm1 Deepwater Aquaculture Vessel project, total length 385 meters, model width 59.5 meters, model depth 65 meters, including 6 deep water cages, this project is fixed by the way of single point mooring of the outer transfer tower, The whole ship adopts steel beam truss with complex structure ,the design life is 30 years, therefore, the anticorrosion requirement is extremely strict.

        On the designing of the cathodic protection, our company has adopted many of the most advanced ICCP technologies around the world , such as cathodic protection simulation calculation, underwater replacement anode and reference electrode, intelligent transformer rectifier,  transformer rectifier master-slave control, RS485 and Ethernet joint communication, centralized control, data on-site and remote transmission to IAS control center of the whole ship. Through bidding with Norway MME, Italy ACG, Korea KC and many other well-known international cathodic protection companies, during appraisal through comparison of the advancement and reliability protection design scheme, convenience of use, cost control and so on, we finally won the bidding. 

        For the whole project, 3,000A current cathodic protection capacity were designed, and also installed with multiple auxiliary anodes and reference electrodes. Each circuit of anode current, 
reference potential, fault and alarm information, all of these can realize local and remote display and control processing. Within less than six months after signing the contract, our company has overcomed all kinds of difficulties which never encountered beofore, such as short time, the influence of covid-19 epidemic situation. And meanwhile ,overcomed the  difficulties of many  complex structure, narrow space, several kinds of signal interference, centralized and coordinated control of multiple ICCP control systems, and finally reached all the design targets, and got consistent approval from shipowners, design institutes and shipyards and accomplished the vessel delivery soomthly. In the process of design, manufacture and commissioning and acceptance of the project, our company has fully demonstrated the overall strength of the company's applied ICCP system in the international market. We believe that in the future in the development and application of cathodic protection technology, we will continue lead the development of the international market in this technical field.
